Previous finalists include Rob Beckett, Joe Lycett, Matt Richardson, Mickey Sharma, Lindsay Sharman, Harriet Kemsley and James Alderson.
Tonight's compere is Tom Craine - award winning Bath born stand-up and one third of the critically acclaimed sketch troupe Jigsaw. "Wise, funny, lyrical" - Observer, "Wonderful" - Time Out, "Disgustingly talented" - The Guardian
A Mirth Control and Nick Steel presentation.
We are sorry to announce that due to over-running TV filming commitments, Tom Craine is unable to make it to compere the New Act Competition Final this Saturday evening.
Happily, Bath based highly experienced compere Geoff Whiting has stepped into the breach to MC the evening instead.
The New Act Competition Heats have been very successful during the Festival and we are looking forward to the final.
