With round about 50 successful years in the business of show, cinema, and comedy, Terry Jones, patron of Bath Comedy Festival, caps a career as a movie director, actor, screenwriter, fairytale-teller, spam-seller, historical documentarian, poet, essayist, heart-throb, pepperpot and unquestionably living legend of British Comedy with the inaugural presentation of the Festival's most esteemed accolade, The Bath Plug Award...(a plug).

To celebrate, The Little Theatre Cinema will be playing host to a World Not-Quite-Premier of Jones' wonderful and very rarely seen 1996 movie version of The Wind In The Willows starring Terry, Eric Idle and Steve Coogan, at 5pm.

This will be followed at 7pm by a special meander through Terry's funny screen history with comedy historian Jem Roberts, with questions from the audience, which will cover everything from experimental films at Oxford right up to his new sci-fi blockbuster 'Absolutely Anything', starring Simon Pegg, with Robin Williams as Dennis the Dog.

Finally at 8pm, we close with a special screening of 1975's Monty Python & The Holy Grail, co-directed with Terry Gilliam. Bring a shrubbery.
