Bath Comedy Festival will soon be here!

Coming up this week

There are various pre-festival shows this week, but the official start is Friday 27th March. The Opening Night Gala Cabaret show is SOLD OUT, but there are plenty of other events on offer and The Bath Brew House starts its run of FIDO (Free In Donation Out) shows.

First weekend headliners at the lovely Bath Cricket Club venue include Viv Groskop - "Say Sorry To The Lady" and Danny Buckler's Magic Salon on Saturday, and the fabulous Fred MacAulay on Sunday.

The Bath Brew House has a full weekend of FIDO shows and Rob Coleman - Ocean Going Idiot is at the Assembly Inn.

The 8th Wine Arts Trail has literally only a handful of tickets left for the Sunday morning trip - snap them up if you want to join in the fun!

Don't forget the clocks go forward this weekend!

Terry Jones tickets now on sale!

Festival Patron and Python star Terry Jones will be at the Little Theatre Cinema on Easter Sunday afternoon.

There are two separate ticketed parts to the event:

We're thrilled to announce that we've secured permission to show Terry's rarely seen 1996 classic The Wind In The Willows starring Terry, Eric Idle and Steve Coogan. A must-see film for all the family! 4.30pm for 5pm screening.

In the second part of the event, Terry will be on stage in conversation with Bath based author, comedy historian and aficionado Jem Roberts, followed by a screening of Monty Python and The Holy Grail. 6.30pm for 7pm Q&A then 8pm screening.
