Magpie and the Shiny Things were born from the Widcombe based Orchestra of Everything - because Orchestras don’t usually get people singing and dancing and these guys wanted to do that as well.
A 7 piece band that covers uplifting covers of pop, rock, soul and dance music with a few latin or even big band style twists thrown in.
They pride themselves on winning over even the most reluctant crowds and as the manager of a recent gig venue said: "You’ve made everyone smile; no one usually smiles here"
Food available - Nowhere is the home of Magu burgers - absolutely the best burgers in town!
