Captain Breadbeard's Bready Brilliant Comedy Cookbook is a surreal 2-handed comedy sketch show about a sailor with a beard made of bread and his sidekick, Davy Scones.

Fast-paced, pun-tastic and bready-brilliant. With chicken walking tutorials, cracker eating contests and buttered bread experiments!

When you look at the world through glasses made of bread, loaf will never be the same.

Have you ever taken the time to consider the dangers that people with floury facial fuzz encounter every day? If not, then you’re in luck - Captain Breadbeard will take you on an energetic and shameless pun-filled journey of enlightenment.

"A wonderfully funny and playful hour of entertainment that will make you laugh your socks off… So totally, absolutely, barking mad bonkers and bizarre that there’s no way it should work, but it does. A kids' show made for grown-ups" **** Elisha Aylmore, Page on Stage

“What the two performers in this show create is at the same time both eye-wateringly hilarious and indescribably sweet. Baguette a move on and buy your tickets!" - Elliot D Huxtable, Canterbury Shakespeare Company Director

"Playful. Powerful. A plethora of ideas with bread-loads of potential..." - Suzanna Ward, Director, White Slate Theatre

"This is brave, childishly satisfying & silly comedy at it’s best… I really didn’t know you could have so much fun with bread!" - Brighton Fringe Audience
