Yoga & Somatic teacher Rachel Gasson will start with some basic movements to help you drop beneath & tune into yourself to relearn the meaning of what it is to stand, to breathe, to look and to be (or not to be.) Dylan Moran will then lead some simple drawing exercises and probably make you laugh.
Art materials provided. No yoga or art experience required.
