Losing It - By Helen Lederer - The laugh out loud debut novel from one of Britainís best loved comedians.

An hour in the company of comedienne, actor, presenter and "funniest woman in EnglandĒ (Dawn French) - Helen talks to Jem Roberts* about her new novel, Losing It, followed by a Q&A and book signing.

A 'laugh yourself thinner' comedy novel, the book tells the story of Millie, who has too many pounds around her middle, and not enough pounds in the bank, and the desperate measures she endures to reverse this situation.

Helen has starred in BBC TVís Absolutely Fabulous and The Young Ones. Other appearances have included French and Saunders, Girls On Top, Horrid Henry: The Movie and Splash.

Possibly best known for her role as the dippy Catriona in Absolutely Fabulous alongside Jennifer Saunders, and the 'Girl at the Bar' in Naked Video, Helen has a unique wit and observational humour, with an extensive writing portfolio, and has starred in many TV shows from The Young Ones and Bottom to Hollyoaks and Miss Marple, as well as appearing as a panellist on many Radio 4 comedy shows.

* Jem Roberts is the Official chronicler of I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue, Blackadder and Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy.
